Version 7.0 Support & Training

www.trevlac.com  Trevlac maintains a website that contains general information about our company and its products as well as a Client Area. The Client Area gives customers access to handouts on a number of topics from training to helpful tips to step-by-step instructions. Report formats created in Crystal Reports are available on the website and, once downloaded, can be imported directly into the program. Users can download the latest version of the Online Help which acts as the program's Instruction Manual. Program updates can also be downloaded at your convenience and these updates will automatically provide you with the most recent revision.
Online Help  Version 7 uses the Online Help to provide written text for instruction on how to use the program's features. The Online Help is an invaluable tool in assisting users to understand the program.
800 Line
Email Support
Trevlac strives to offer the best possible support for its products by providing 800 line phone-in support for up to 9.5 hours per day. Our support staff use special software to keep track of support questions so that they can provide correct answers quickly. All support staff check their email every 5 minutes. Our support staff are strategically placed across the country to provide onsite training when necessary at a minimum cost.
Internet-based Training Our training staff can setup a GoToMeeting session which is an Internet-based training/meeting vehicle. Once we have setup a session, an invitation email is automatically generated and sent to the customers who would like to attend the training session. At the predetermined time, our staff member and the training attendees log into the GoToMeeting website to being the session. A telephone is used to provide audio contact with our trainer and it can be a speakerphone for larger audiences. The attendees can see our trainer's computer screen in real-time on their own screen or a video projector can be used. This is a very cost effective method of receiving training - i.e. no travel or accommodation costs and training can be done in segments as short as a half hour. There is an hourly charge for this training
Onsite Training Schools/Districts have the option of scheduling our trainers to provide onsite training. A minimum of a half day is required for these sessions and customers are charged a daily rate plus expenses.
